The market admin should be split into three levels

The opening page should just be a list of markets, with the editable information on the market level, and a list of contractsets with some info on each. Clicking them takes one to a new route showing contractsets, listing contracts etc etc

Look into loading as little information as possible on the first run.

The current approach gets unbearably slow with lots of markets available
