Remove hardcoded values
The hardcoded test markets and users are really only there to avoid having to type stuff in on each deploy when developing.
Once the administration interface is in place, the hardcoded markets and users should go. When first opening the app, we should prompt for creating the initial administrator. There could be a button in the administration interface for generating a test market.
